Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your lighting setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from the Nanoleaf Shop. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the Nanoleaf panels, controllers, and power supplies back into their original retail packaging and shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
